Last night our Home Owner's Association hosted a Casino Night for its residents. It was not only a great time but an awesome deal, $25 for a couple which included dinner, open bar, and $2,000 fake money to gamble with!
Paul and I tried our luck, or shall we call our non-luck at sevearal tables before we landed at the Poker Table. Who's sitting there dealing cards???? None Other then the big guy him self....SANTA CLAUS! I'm not shitting you, Santa has an off season gig as a poker dealer. Yes, we had a bit to drink, but this really wasn't a drunken illusion the guy looked just like Santa.....big belly that shook like a bowl full of jelley, rosy checks and a white beard. His name tag actually said "Santa". So all us drunks at the table were having a field day with this. Santa then whips out his wallet to show us all his driver's license and credit cards to back it up, the dude is really named Santa Claus!
Now those are a set of parents with one wicked sense of humor.
